Because each Leah’s Label piece is made to order and created specifically for you, all sales are final.

We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible returns. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive your choice of an exchange or store credit for the value of the returned item.

Please note that customized or personalized pieces may not be eligible for exchange or return.

If there is an issue with your order or you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
